St. Luke's takes great pride in providing the utmost in care to our littlest members (ages 0-6).The nursery is under the direction of Brenna Perez and is staffed with loving and caring employees.Each employee is CPR certified and has completed the Boundaries Training Program and background checks provided through the Diocese of Louisiana.The nursery is open from 8:45AM until 12:15PM every Sunday and for special events.For more information about the nursery at St. Luke’s please contact Brenna Perez 225.926.5343 or bperez@stlukesbr.org.

Parent’s Night Out
A monthly fellowship opportunity for children 0-6 (age exceptions are made for siblings).PNO provides a safe and loving environment for the children to play and worship while Mom and Dad take a break.PNO is the last Friday of the month (excluding holidays) from 5:00PM until 8PM.
Drop and Shop
A fellowship opportunity for children 0-6 (age exceptions are made for siblings).Drop and Shop provides a safe and loving environment for Mom and Dad to “drop” while they “shop” for holiday gifts.This event is held in early December.
Nursery Lenten Program
During the Lenten season, adults and school-aged children participate in our annual Lenten Study Series.Dinner is provided and the nursery is open for the children of program participants.The nursery children learn about Lent and Easter through age appropriate activities and crafts.
VacationBibleSchool
Each summer the Christian Education department hosts St. Luke’s VBS.Children participate in singing, worship, crafts, and many other fun activities.In 2008 the nursery began a VBS program for the children (ages 0-4) of volunteers and in 2010 will offer the program to all the children of the parish ages 0-4.
The nursery is also available for participants of the Mom’s Bible Study, ECW events, and many other special events.Please contact the Nursery Director if you would like more information about utilizing the nursery for your St. Luke’s event.
