The Five Wishes is a video presentation about preparing for one's death.  Topics covered include durable powers of attorney, living wills, what one may wish as they are dying (ex: comfort measures, music, poetry), and what one wants others to know.

The clergy of St. Luke's also provide information about funeral traditions at St. Luke's, the columbarium, and forms are available for planning one's service.

Information on anatomical donations are also provided, as well as literature about death, explaining death to children, and hospice.
