Yoga Class

Yoga returns to Pope Hall. Class led by yoga Instructor Mack Bradley. Come to find calmness, flexibility, and graceful movement as we breath, stretch, pose and flow. Also, class donations are welcome, not required, which will go to Episcopal Relief and Development, specifically to the Ukraine Response Fund. Any amount is welcome.
