My parents moved to Baton Rouge when I was one year old, so I consider myself as being from Baton Rouge. Gordon and I have two daughters- Christine living in Seattle and Kate living in Baton Rouge. We have two granddaughters here in Baton Rouge.
In 1983, we were looking for a church and a school after the birth of our second child and found St. Luke’s. We have been here ever since.
I graduated from LSU with a bachelors degree in Computer Science. I am now retired after a career in IT. My hobbies include travel and photography.
I have been a member of the Altar Guild since sometime in the early 90’s. I enjoy the devotional aspect of it as well as the friendship that is built between team members.
The Easter vigil service is my favorite service. It is such a beautiful, moving, powerful worship service.
Favorite things about St. Luke's include the worship and Christian education.
