Avoid the flu!
Flu and pneumonia vaccines will be October 12 from 8 am to 12 noon in the Office Conference Room. Currently, vaccinations for COVID 2025-2026 can only be administered if one has a care provider’s written order for it.
Please let me know if you are interested in getting any of these, so that the pharmacists can bring what is needed.
What to bring? Bring your ID, insurance card, and a completed consent form for each person receiving immunizations. Here is the form: Informed Consent for Immunization
Copies of the consent form are also available on the Ministry Table.
