Christmas Services

Join us for our Christmas celebrations this year. On Christmas Eve, December 24, we will hold two services: a 3:00 p.m. service with no incense and a 5:30 p.m. service where incense will be used. Before both services, we invite you to enjoy 30 minutes of Christmas carols, solos and beautiful choral anthems.
The St. Luke’s Choir will present Christmas music just prior to each service, beginning at 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. in Witter Hall. These programs will include several congregational carols, three movements from Vivaldi’s Gloria, a set of variations for choir and organ by Daquin, and a setting of the Polish carol “Infant Holy, Infant Lowly,” with instrumental musicians from the Baton Rouge community joining the choir.
On Christmas Day, December 25, we will gather for worship at 10:00 a.m. as we celebrate the joy of Christ’s birth.
